Newer Docklands buildings are well serviced, but the tenancy side is often improvised: a switch on a shelf, unlabelled patching, and a wireless network extended by whoever needed coverage that week. We fix that with proper switching, sane VLANs, labelled patching, and meeting rooms that work without someone standing on a chair.
Device management at scale
Once a site passes about twenty machines, manual setup stops being viable. Intune and Microsoft 365 give you consistent builds, enforced encryption, patch compliance you can report on, and the ability to wipe a laptop that goes missing on the tram.
Working alongside a head office
Plenty of Docklands floors are satellite offices reporting to an interstate IT team. We can take direction from them, or run the site end to end, whichever they prefer.
